No. 41.B/18/12/HH/Darjeeling/ 2018 Dated: Approved Date पįरपũ/CIRCULAR िबषय:‐ दाजŊिलंग İ̾ थत अवकाश गृह मŐ अवास हेतु। Sub: Accommodation of Holiday Home at Darjeeling उपरोƅ िवषय के संबंध मŐ सभी संबंिधत लोगों को सूिचत िकया जाता है िक दाजŊिलंग İ̾ थत अवकाश गृह िदनांक 01/08/2026 से 31/07/2028 तक, यानी 02(दो)वषŘ के िलए चालू िकया गया हœ। अवकाश गृह दाजŊिलंग का िववरण और िनयम व शतŒ नीचे दी गई हœ। It is brought to the notice of all concerned that Holiday Home at Darjeeling will be operational for a further period of 02(two) years from 01/08/2026 to 31/07/2028 Details of Holiday Home and Terms & Conditions are appended below.

अवकाश गृह का आबंटन मुƥालय, नई िदʟी से जारी पįरपũ संƥा D-11/27/TOR/Policy/09/CT िदनांक 22/12/2009 के िनयम एंव शतŘ के आधार पर िकया जाएगा। The Allotment of Holiday Home will be as per the Rules, Regulations and Rates as laid down in Headquarters Office Circular No. D-11/27/TOR/Policy/09/CT dated 22/12/2009.

कंमरो का आबंटन सƢ Ŝप से पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर िकया जाएगा। बुिकंगअनुरोध, बुिकंग िक ताįरख से कम से कम 120 िदन पहले अŤेिषत िकया जाना चािहए अɊथा इस पर िवचार नहीं िकया जाएगा। Booking of the rooms will be strictly on “First Come, First Serve Basis”. Booking requests received 120 days before the date of booking will not be entertained.

अवकाश गृह की बुिकंग, आबंटन पũ जारी करके पुʼी िक जाएगी। इसके िलए बुिकंग पुʼी की तारीख से 5 िदनों के अंदर टैįरफ राशी का भुगतान करना होगा (अगर ईमेल से बुिकंग का पुʼी िमला हो)। Booking of Holiday Home will be confirmed through issuing Allotment Letter, subject to submission of Payment of Tariff within 5 days from the date of booking request (if confirmed through email).

बुिकंग रȞ करने की सूचना कम से कम 30 िदन पहले दी जानी चािहए, अɊथा िनयमों के अनुसार संबंिधत अिधकारी से उनके िनयंũण अिधकारी के माȯम से वासूली की जा सकती है। आİखरी समय मŐ बुिकंग रȞ करने के कारण अɊ संभािवत आगंतुकों सुिवधाएँ नहीं िमल पाती हœ। Cancellation of booking should be intimated at least 30 days in advance, or else the recovery is liable to be made from the concerned official through their Controlling Office as per rules. Tendency of last minute cancellation of booking is resulting into denial of facilities to other prospective visitors.

सभी आवेदन आवेदक के िनयंũण अिधकारी के माȯम से भेजे जाने चािहए। क.रा.बी. िनगम के सेवािनवृȅ कमŊचाįरयों को छोङकर, अवेदक से सीधे Ůाɑ आवेदनों पर िवचार नहीं िकया जाएगा। All the applications shall be routed and duly forwarded through the Controlling Officer of the applicant. Applications received directly from the applicant shall not be entertained except in the case of Retired Personnel of ESIC.

िकसी भी अितįरƅ ʩİƅ को ठहराना संभव नहीं होगा और आवास केवल उɎीं ʩİƅयों को Ůदान िकया जाएगा िजनके नाम पर बुिकंग की गई हœ। इस संबध मŐ िकसी भी अनुरोध पर िवचार नहीं िकया जाएगा। It will not be possible to accommodate any extra person(s) and accommodation will be provided strictly to person(s) only in whose name(s) booking is done. No request will be entertained in this regard.

आवास की सुिवधा अिधकतम पाँच(05) िदनों की अविध के िलए Ůदान की जाएगी। आवास मŐ Ůवेश(Check‐in) का समय का समय दोपहर 01:00 बजे तथा आवास से िनगŊमन (Check‐out) का समय दोपहर 12:00 बजे िनधाŊįरत होगा। Accommodation can be provided for a period not exceeding 05 days. The Check-in and Check-out time for the occupants shall be 1:00 PM and 12:00 Noon respectively.
