Sub: Activation of online Portal for submission of options for Region-Change in respect of Group 'C' Paramedical cadre employees of ESI Corporation for the year 2026.
Attention of all group 'C' paramedical employees of ESI Corporation is invited towards Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dated 30.12.2024 vide which Region-Change Policy in was circulated. "Region-Change" requests recieved through online portal shall only be considered and decided by the Transfer Committee in accordance with the provisions prescribed in the SOP. The online portal will remain active from 05.12.2025 to 10.12.2025 for all concerned group 'C' paramedical employees of ESIC. The Heads of Offices concerned must verify and forward to Parent Region CCA (i.e. RD). Heads of Offices, before fowarding to Parent Region CCA, must verify the correctness of all the data of online requests submitted by employee by 11.12.2025 5.00 PM in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Operating Procedure. Parent Region CCA (i.e. Parent Region's RD) shall send the Region-Change requests of employees to Receiving Region CCA (i.e. Receiving Region's RD) with his recommendation. Receving Region CCA (i.e. RD) shall send the online-requests back to Parent Region CCA with his recommendation after verifying correctness of upto-date vacancies by 13.12.2025. Parent Region CCA shall forward all the online requests to ESIC Hqrs Office by 14.12.2025 11.00AM without fail. Any technical query / issue related to "Transfer-Module", employees concerned should immediately contact with the ICT Division, Headquarters' Office through e-mail: - jivnath.jha@esic.nic.in, for technical resolution, if any. As per the provision of Standard Operating Procedure dated 30.12.2024 physical/offline applications, screenshots of online- application, emails etc. will not be accepted.
