ADDENDUM
The Competent Authority vide office order No.94 of 2026 dated 27.05.2026, has approved the promotion of Shri Merrymel George to the post of Additional Commissioner in Level 13A of the pay matrix, on regular basis, notionally w.e.f. 11.04.2022, as per recommendations of the DPC/UPSC.
Consequent upon promotion of Shri Merrymel George to the post of Additional Commissioner, his name has been added in the seniority list of officers in the cadre of Additional Commissioner, earlier issued vide Memorandum No.A-24/14/1/2003-E.I dated 15.07.2024 at Sl. No. 1A, below the name of Shri Renuka Prasad T (Sl. No.1) and above the name of Shri Anil Kumar Sahu (Sl. No. 2), as per the panel as recommended by the DPC/UPSC.

The provisional seniority list of officers in the cadre of Additional Commissioner in Level-13A (Minimum Pay of Rs. 1,31,100/-) of pay matrix as on 01.01.2024 was circulated on t4.06.2024 and errors and objections, if any, to this provisional seniority list were called for within 07 days from the date of issue of memorandum of even No. dated L4.06.2024 through E-mail at dpc-e1hq@esic.nic.in.
No objection/representation has been received from any of the enlisted officers during the stipulated period. Accordingly, the provisional seniority list circulated vide Memorandum dated 14.06.2024 is ordered as final by the Competent Authority.
