Ref: CGHS OM No. F.No.5-16/CGHS(HQ)/HEC/2024(PartI) dated 03.10.2025 issued by Department of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate of CGHS, regarding revision of CGHS rate list (Copy enclosed).
महोदय / महोदया,
With reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to convey the approval of Director General regarding adoption of CGHS OM No. F.No.5-16/CGHS(HQ)/HEC/2024(PartI) dated : 03.10.2025 across all ESI user locations for its beneficiaries. Considering the changes required and for smooth transition between UTIITSL and ESIC, the rates will be effective from 01.12.2025 (i.e. after 23.59 Hrs 30.11.2025).Changes/Rates will applicable to admissions , Procedures, Consultations Investigations etc taken after midnight of 30/11/25. UTIITSL (BPA) & ITC Div ESIC,Hqrs will make necessary changes for smooth transition.
This is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
