विषय: क. रा. बी. निगम के अपने आवासीय आवास/ स्टाफ क्वार्टर्स के लिए सामान्य पूल आवासीय आवास (GPRA) के लाइसेंस शुल्क की संशोधित फ्लैट दर को अपनाने के संबंध में ।

Subject: Adoption of revised flat rate of licence fee of General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) in ESI Corporation for its Residential Accommodation/ Staff Quarters throughout the country -reg.

1. The Directorate of Estates, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, has revised the licence fee rates for GPRA vide Office Memorandum No. 18011/2/2015-Pol.III dated 17.07.2026.
2. The said Office Memorandum has been adopted by ESIC with the concurrence of the Finance & Accounts Division Hqrs.
3. All ESIC offices/establishments are requested to implement the revised licence fee rates with effect from the date specified in the aforesaid Office Memorandum.
4. A copy of the aforesaid Office Memorandum is enclosed for information and necessary action.
