Date Office Memorandum िवषय:-चिकसा आयु (जोनल), चिकसा अधीक/डीन/सपल के शि य के यायोजन (डीओपी) म संशोधन। Sub:-Amendments in the Delegation of powers(DoP) of Medical Commissioners (Medical Administration), Medical Commissioners (Zonal), Medical Superintendents/Deans/Principals इस शाखा के सम संखयक ओएम जी/3/2024-एमएसयू-भाग (1) िदनांक 28.05.2025 )म म यह +प, िकया जाता है िक छु0ी क1 मंजूरी िनयिमत कृत का मामला है जसम छु0ी आवेदन का समय पर िनपटान शािमल है। काया5लय के सुचा6 कामकाज को सुिवधाजनक बनाने को 8यान म रखते हुए, महािनदेशक ने चिकसा आयु (जोनल), चिकसा अधीक/डीन/धानाचाय9 के शि य के यायोजन (डीओपी) म िन:न;ल;खत संशोधन को मंजूरी दी है। In continuation to this branch OM of even number G/3/2024-MSU-Part(1) dated 28.05.2025, it is stated that sanction of leaves is a matter of routine nature involving timely disposal of leave application to facilitate the smooth functioning of the offices. In view of the same,Director General has approved the following amendments in the Delegation of powers(DoP) of Medical Commissioners (Zonal), Medical Superintendents/Deans/Principals. Existing DoP Amendments in DoP Description of Powers Extent and conditions for Medical Superintendents/ Deans/ Principal Extent and conditions for Medical Commissioners (Zonal) Extent and conditions for Medical Superintendents/ Deans/ Principal Extent and conditions for Medical Commissioners (Zonal) Grant of all kinds of leave (except study leave and leave after transfer of the officer), including Full powers in respect of Class III and Class IV Employees. Nil Full powers up to 90 days and Full powers above 90 days. G/3/2024-MSU-Part(1) I/3510764/2026 maternity leave, paternity leave and Work-Related Illness and Injury Leave (WRIIL), to all Sr. Dietician, Dietician, Sr. Technical Assistant (E.C.G.), Medical Record Officer, Sr. Technical Assistant (Radiology), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Dental Hygienist (In 2020 & 2021 the classification of these posts were changed from Group C to Group B) Full powers for maternity/ paternity leave.
