Attention is lnvlted to Office Memorandum No. T-2812712025{GOT dated 18.03.?026 lssued by the Department of Personnel & Tralning (DoFT), Government of lndia, whereln lt has been emphasizEd that Central Government employees are requlred to undertake capacity hulldlng through the IGOT Karmayogl platform by completing prescrlbed courses along with a comprehenslve assos$ment. ln this regard, all otflcere nnd offlcials of E$lC are requlred to complete at least 507c of ths prescribEd mandatory courses and the comprehensive a$ses$ment on the IGOT Karmayogi platform lor the reportlng year 2025-26 by 30.04.2086 or before submission of thelr AFARS, whlchever is earlier, The list of courees applicable to various levels, as prescribed hy the Mlnistry of Labour & Employment, ln enclosed aa Annexure-l for guldance and compllance, It is further informed that the status of completlon of courses and assessment wlll be reflected ln the Annual Performance Appralsal Reports (APARS) of the concerned offlcers/otficlals, Accordlngly, all Controlllng OtflcarE are requested to en$uro that the Inntruction$ aro brought to the notlce of all concerned and compliance ls monltored closely.
