CIRCULAR
Subject: Completion of mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment on IGOT Karmayogi platform for the year 2025-26.
Attention is invited to Office Memorandum No. F-28/27/2025-IGOT dated 18.03.2026 issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Government of India, wherein it has been emphasized that Central Government employees are required to undertake capacity building through the IGOT Karmayogi platform by completing prescribed courses along with a comprehensive assessment.
In this regard, all officers and officials of ESIC are required to complete at least 50% of the prescribed mandatory courses and the comprehensive assessment on the IGOT Karmayogi platform for the reporting year 2025-26 by 30.04.2026 or before submission of their APARs, whichever is earlier. The list of courses applicable to various levels, as prescribed by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, is enclosed as Annexure-I for guidance and compliance.
It is further informed that the status of completion of courses and assessment will be reflected in the Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of the concerned officers/officials. Accordingly, all Controlling Officers are requested to ensure that the instructions are brought to the notice of all concerned and compliance is monitored closely.
