OFFICE MEMORANDUM
In supersession of this Office Memorandum of even No. dated 06.01.2026 the Competent Authority has re-constituted the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) at ESIC Hqrs Office as per the guidelines and norms laid down in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Preventive, Prohibition and Redressal), Act, 2013, as amended. Constitution of the Committee is as under: -

They are also required to furnish details in such Performa as prescribed by Govt. of India to Insurance Commissioner (P&A).
