Subject: Delegation of Executive Powers to Director (P&A) posted as Divisional Head of Personnel Administration – reg.
In view of the posting of Col. Manjeet Katoch, Director, as Divisional Head of Personnel & Administration, the Competent Authority has approved that Col. Manjeet Katoch, Director shall exercise all the executive powers delegated to IC (P&A) as per the Delegation of Power of IC (P&A), as amended from time to time.
The powers shall include all Establishment related matters as provided under the extant Delegation of Power of IC (P&A) and Transfer Committee.
This issues with the approval of the Director General.
