स"म 'ािधकार ने ईएसआईसी िचक सा संथान& म* श %य& के पृथ,करण, 'शासिनक द"ता तथा भूिमकाओं एवं उ3रदािय व& के प4 िनधारण को सुिन67त करने के उ8े9य से ईएसआईसी मेडकल कॉलेज और अपताल के डन एवं िचक सा अधी"क (एमएस) क# वतमान श %य& के ' यायोजन क# समी"ा हेतु, एक सिमित का गठन कया था। सिमित ने उिचत वचार- वमश के बाद अपनी िसफा@रश* 'तुत क#ं, 6जAह* स"म 'ािधकार Bारा वीकार कया गया है।
The Competent Authority had constituted a Committee to examine the existing Delegation of Powers (DoP) of the Dean and the Medical Superintendent (MS) of ESIC Medical Colleges & Hospitals with a view to ensure separation of powers, administrative efficiency, and clear delineation of roles and responsibilities in ESIC Medical Education Institutions. The Committee, after due deliberations, submitted its recommendations, which have been accepted by the Competent Authority.
तदनुसार ,महािनदेशक, ईएसआईसी, जो वभागाDय" हE, को 'द3 श %य& का 'योग करते हुए, डन एवं िचक सा अधी"क (एमएस) क# श %य& के ' यायोजन (Delegation of Powers– DoP) के संशोधन को एतFBारा अनुमोदत कया जाता है।
Accordingly, in exercise of powers conferred to the Director General, ESIC, being the Head of Department, hereby, has approved the revision of Delegation of Powers (DoP) of the Dean and the Medical Superintendent (MS) of ESIC Medical Colleges and Hospitals.
' यायो6जत श %यां उपयु% अिधका@रय& के िलए अनAय ह&गी और उAह* आगे नहं सGपा जा सकता है।
The delegated powers will be exclusive for the above mentioned officers and cannot be further delegated.
श %य& का संशोिधत ' यायोजन, जैसा क अनुलHनक- I म* संलHन है, त काल 'भाव से लागू होगा।
The revised delegation of powers, as enclosed at Annexure-I, shall come into force with immediate effect.
यह स"म 'ािधकार के अनुमोदन से जार कया जाता है।
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
