F-23/3-/23/D.R.F/2020-A/cs-VII           Dated : 20/05/2025 MEMORANDUM Subject:- Depreciation Reserve Fund for Staff Cars for the year 2025-26.     The amount towards Depreciation on Staff Cars to be credited to Staff Cars Replacement Reserve/ Capital Fund are as under:- S.No. Particulars of Staff Cars Amount of depreciation provision for the year 2025-26 1. Hqrs. Office ( As per Annexure – A) Rs. 10,44,997.72 Total Rs. 10,44,997.72     The provision made for each region may please be booked in the accounts of the respective regions for the year 2025-26. It is further mentioned that no provision for depreciation has been provided in respect of Staff Cars which have already been depreciated fully.     The accuracy of the amount being provided in respect of Staff Car purchased during 2025-26 may be ensured.   Receipts of this memorandum may please be acknowledged.   This issues with the approval of Director(Fin.)
