The Employees' State Insurance Corporation has authorized the convening of Supplementary Departmental Promotion Committees for 2026 for the cadres of Assistant/Head Clerk, Upper Division Clerk, and Lower Division Clerk. These committees are to be held against clear-cut regular vacancies available under the DPC quota. Regional Directors and relevant authorities must conduct these meetings according to a specified schedule between June 25 and June 30, 2026, and issue promotion orders on July 1, 2026. All relevant Department of Personnel and Training instructions regarding promotions and reservations must be strictly followed. A report detailing the action taken and the number of vacancies filled must be submitted to the Headquarters office by July 5, 2026.

Madam/Sir,
The Competent Authority has granted permission for holding of Supplementary DPCs for the year 2026 as per DoPT instructions in the cadre of Assistant, UDC and LDC against clear-cut regular vacancies available under DPC quota in the respective cadres as per schedule given below :-

All the RDs etc. are advised to hold the meeting of Supplementary DPC in the cadre of Assistant, UDC and LDC against the clear-cut regular vacancies available under DPC quota as per aforesaid schedule. The promotion order may be issued on 1/7/2026.
Relevant instructions of DoP&T regarding grant of promotion, reservation etc. and guidelines issued by Hqrs from time to time must be followed in toto.
Action taken in the matter with no. of vacancies filled in the above said supplementary DPC-2026 may be sent to this office on 5th July, 2026.
