Subject: - Implementation of OTP based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in the ESIC Staff Portal. Madam / Sir,   Please refer to the subject cited. It is being informed that the Director General has approved the implementation of mobile OTP based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for logging in to the ESIC Staff Portal.   To facilitate smooth implementation of the same, all head of offices shall ensure that mobile numbers of all users working under their jurisdiction are duly verified and updated in the ERP data base before 31.05.2026. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/User Manual for the same is attached herewith. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/User Manual may also be circulated among all ESIC Employees under your administrative jurisdiction.   The User Manual is enclosed for reference and necessary action.   This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
