Invitation for On-boarding of Serving as well as Retired Officers as Faculty Members for Training Programmes Conducted by the National Training Academy (NTA) & ZTIs

1. The National Training Academy (NTA) plays a pivotal role in the capacity building and professional development of Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) personnel across various cadres. In pursuit of its mandate to foster continuous learning and institutional excellence, NTA regularly organizes structured and thematic training programmes for Group 'A' and Group 'B' officers of the Corporation.

2. Recognizing that the effectiveness and quality of such training programmes depend largely on the knowledge, expertise, and instructional capabilities of the faculty, NTA has initiated a process to strengthen and expand its panel of faculty members. The Academy seeks to identify a dynamic and qualified group of serving and retired officers who possess the aptitude, subject-matter expertise, and enthusiasm to contribute as resource persons in various training initiatives.

3. In this regard, serving officers of the rank of Assistant Director and above belonging to the Ministerial Cadre, as well as officers retired on or after 31.01.2022 from the rank of Director and above (Ministerial Cadre) , are invited to express their willingness to be considered for empanelment as faculty members.

4. Interested officers (Serving as well as retired) may kindly furnish the following details:

• (a) Name of Officer/Retired officer, as applicable:
• (b) Designation /Designation from which retired and Present Place of Posting/address, as applicable
• (c) Contact Number and Email ID:
• (d) Area(s) of Expertise / Topics:
• (e) A 10-minute self-recorded lecture video on any relevant topic

5. A list of suggested topics for which faculty engagement is desired is enclosed for reference. However, the list is illustrative in nature, and officers may also propose additional subjects which, in their judgment, would enrich the professional knowledge and efficiency of ESIC personnel.

6. The requisite information may kindly be forwarded to the National Training Academy (NTA) by 05 Dec 2025.

7. This initiative aims to build a sustainable, high-quality faculty base that leverages the expertise, institutional knowledge, and diverse experiences of both serving and retired officers. Their active participation will significantly contribute towards enhancing the learning culture and professional excellence within the Corporation.
