Subject- lnvitation of suggestions for identification of 75 specific and
impactful Golden Goals during the 75th year of establishment of ESIC.
It is informed that the Employees' State lnsurance Corporation was established
under the Employees'State lnsurance Act, 1948, for administration of the
Employees' State lnsurance Scheme.
ln view of the commencement of the 75th year of establishment of ESIC, the
Hon'ble lvlinister of Labour and Employment has desired that 75 specific and
impactful Golden goals should be identified and achieved in next 25 years towards
Viksit Bharat. Field offices, being directly engaged with implementation and service
delivery, are well-positioned to suggest practical, measurable, and outcome-
oriented goals. Suggestions are also invited from officers and officials of
Headquarters keeping in view their vast experience in the progress and functioning
of ESIC.
Accordingly, it has been decided to invite suggestions from all Divisions of
Headquarters,NTA, all Regional Offices (ROs), Sub-Regional Offices (SROs),
ESIC Hospitals, ESIC lvledical lnstitutions, ESIS Directorates/Hospitals/Set-ups,
Employers/Employees organizations etc.
Each officelorganizalion must suggest at least 10 goals, preferably covering one or
more of the following areas, (The list is suggestive only and other areas also may
be thought of)-
a. Service delivery improvement.
o. lnfrastructure development.
c. Digitization and lT-enabled services.
o. Beneficiary satisfaction and outreach.
e. Administrative efficiency.
t. Capacity building and human resource development.
g. Transparency and grievance redressal.
n. Any innovative initiative capable of producing measurable outcomes.
While fonruarding the suggestions, the following may be ensured. Each suggested
goal should be specific, practical, and achievable in due course of time. The

expected outcome and broad implementation mechanism may also be briefly
indicated.As far as possible, the suggeslron should be measurable and capable of
periodic monitoring.Priority will be given to proposals having visible impact on
insured persons, beneliciaries, employers, service delivery institutions or
organizational eff iciency.

through email, so that a consolidated list may be prepared and the final 75 goals
may be identified for approval and implementation in due course.
