The Employees' State Insurance Corporation directs field offices to start media outreach activities. This campaign supports the implementation of the Labour Codes. Field offices must coordinate with the media units of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Field offices must also coordinate with the regional office and field formations of the Ministry. Field offices must take action as per the Office Memorandum dated 23 December 2025.

Subject: Media Outreach Activities for smooth roll out of Labour Codes- reg
It is informed that a targeted media campaign including print, electronic and social media by MoL&E, has been underway since the implementation of the Labour Codes 21st November, 2025.
In this regard, it is directed to operationalise media outreach at the field office level in close coordination with the media units of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and the regional office and field formations of the Ministry.
Therefore, it is requested to take necessary action in the matter, as per the attached O.M. M-11011/18/2025-Media (Pt.-II) dated 23.12.2025.
