The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) publishes a draft All India common seniority list for Nursing Officers. Affected Nursing Officers must review the list. If an official identifies errors, omissions, or objections, they must submit a representation through their immediate Controlling Authority. The Controlling Authority must verify and authenticate the facts from the service record. The ESIC must receive these representations within ten days of the issuance of the list. The ESIC will treat the list as final if it receives no valid objections within this period.

Subject: Draft consolidated All India Common Seniority List in respect of Nursing Officers (erstwhile Staff Nurses) working under various ESIC medical units - regarding.
A draft All India common seniority list containing the names of Nursing Officers working in various ESIC-Medical Colleges, Hospitals/ medical units, consolidated as on 05.12.2020 i.e. the date of notification of amended recruitment regulations in the said cadre, which resulted in convergence of the regional cadres of erstwhile Staff Nurse into an all India common cadre, is being forwarded herewith for circulation amongst the employees concerned for their information.
The Errors / Omissions / Objections, if any, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned, through the immediate Controlling Authority with due verification/ authentication of the facts contained in the representation from the service record within “TEN DAYS (10 days) ” of the issuance of this seniority list at email id "med7-hq@esic.gov.in" so that the seniority list may be finalized.
The representations/ objections, not routed through the immediate Controlling Authority, not received within the stipulated time & not submitted in the manner as stated in the preceding para shall, under no circumstances, be entertained and the draft All India common seniority list shall be treated as FINAL.
All the concerned controlling authorities are also requested to ensure that the list has been handed over to / noted by the officials concerned appearing in the list. The receipt of this memorandum may kindly be acknowledged.
