Dean, all ESIC Medical Colleges and Hospitals Sir/Madam, It has bepn observed that sonre of the emails pertaining to ceftain users and sections have not been migrated from the old platform {email.gov.in) :o the new platform (mail.gov.irr) due to their being inactive for long periods of time. ln order to streamline and standardize the process for migration of remaining official ESIC email accounts, all Office Heads are requested to circulate this information and collect the details of their subordinate staff whose email addresses have not yet been nrigrated to the new email platform, in the following prescribed excel format. 5. All concerned officer#officials are requested to submit their email migration requests on or befare 20 February to the email ID avinashf0esic.gov.in.
6. Office Heads are requested to ensure that this information is communicat€d to the concemed subordinate staff in a timely manner and that the necessary action is completed within the stipulated time.
