Sub: Market Consultation for Procurement of Neonatal Ventilator
Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), functioning under Ministry of Labour and employment, Govt. of India, having vast network of ESIC/ESIS hospitals and Medical colleges pan India, is in process of procurement of Neonatal ventilators and various other medical equipments through Rate contract on GeM for utilisation at various ESIC/ESIS Hospitals and Medical colleges.
In view of above ESIC, proposes to conduct a Market Consultation with prospective manufacturers, suppliers, authorized representatives, and other stakeholders in connection with the procurement of Neonatal Ventilators. The objective of the consultation is to obtain feedback and suggestions from stakeholders for finalization of the bid document.
The details of the schedule for Market Consultation are as under:

All interested stakeholders are invited to participate in the Market Consultation and provide their valuable feedback and suggestions.
The feedback and suggestions received during the Market Consultation shall be examined by ESIC for finalization of the bid document. However, ESIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all suggestions, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason. Participation in the Market Consultation shall not confer any right or preference in the ensuing procurement process.
