विषय:- सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 1(4) के अंतर्गत मध्यप्रदेश राज्य में 25 जिलों के संपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में अधिसूचना संबंधी / Notification under Section 1(4) of Code on Social Security in the entire areas of 25 districts of Madhya Pradesh -reg.

उपरोक्त विषय पर मंत्रालय द्वारा भारत का राजपत्र (असाधारण), भाग-II-खण्ड-3-उप-खण्ड(ii) में दिनांक 28.09.2026 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना स का.आ. 5313(अ) दिनांक 28 सितम्बर, 2026 की प्रतिलिपि सूचनार्थ संलग्न है। (गजट.आई.डी.स-CG-DL-E-28092026-276560)

सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 1(4) के अंतर्गत मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के एक गैर-कार्यान्वित जिले अर्थात् निवाड़ी और 24 आंशिक रूप से कार्यान्वित जिलों के संपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में अर्थात् आगर मालवा, अलीराजपुर, अनूपपुर, अशोकनगर, बालाघाट, बड़वानी, बैतुल, छतरपुर, दमोह, दतिया, हरदा, झाबुआ, मण्डला, नरसिंहपुर, पन्ना, राजगढ़, सिवनी, श्योपुर, शिवपुरी, सीधी, टीकमगढ़, उमरिया, विदिशा और डिंडोरी के संपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में अधिसूचना दिनांक 01.10.2026 से प्रभावी होगा।

Enclosed herewith is a copy of the notification no. S.O. 5313 (E) dated 28.09.2026 published in Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) on 28.09.2026 by Ministry of Labour & Employment for information. (Gazette ID No- CG-DL-E-28092026-276560)

Under Section 1(4) of Code on Social Security will be applicable to entire areas of one non implemented district namely, Niwari and in the entire areas of 24 partially implemented districts namely Agar Malwa, Alirajpur, Anuppur, Ashoknagar, Balaghat, Barwani, Betul, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Datia, Harda, Jhabua, Mandla, Narsinghpur, Panna, Rajgarh, Seoni, Sheopur, Shivpuri, Sidhi, Tikamgarh, Umaria, Vidisha and Dindori, in the State of Madhya Pradesh with effect from 01.10.2026.
