विषय:- सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 1(4) के अंतर्गत मणिपर राज्य के काकचिंग जिले के समस्त क्षेत्र में अधिसूचना संबंधी / Notification under Section 1(4) of Code on Social Security in the entire area of Kakching district in the State of Manipur.

उपरोक्त विषय पर मंत्रालय द्वारा भारत का राजपत्र (असाधारण), भाग-II-खण्ड-3-उप-खण्ड(ii) में दिनांक 30.03.2025 को [unclear in source]काशित अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1648 (अ) दिनांक 30 मार्च, 2026 की प्रतिलिपि सूचनाथ संलग्न है। (गजट.आई.डी.सं.- CG-DL-E-31032026-271469)

सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 1(4) के अंतर्गत मणिपर राज्य के काकचिंग जिले के समस्त क्षेत्र में अधिसूचना दिनांक 01.04.2026 से प्रभावी होगा।

Enclosed herewith is a copy of the notification no. S.O. 1648(E) dated 30.03.2026 published in Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) on 30.03.2026 by Ministry of Labour & Employment for information. (Gazette ID No- CG-DL-E-31032026-271469)

Under Section 1(4) of Code on Social Security will be applicable to areas of Kakching district in the State of Manipur with effect from 01.04.2026.
