Promotion of Assistant Professors to Associate Professors in Dental Teaching Sub-cadre

विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति की अनुशंसा के आधार पर, अध्यक्ष, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ने शिक्षण उप संवर्ग- दंत्य में सातवें वेतन आयोग के वेतनमान लेवल-11 में सहायक आचार्य पद पर कार्यरत निम्नलिखित चिकित्सा अधिकारियों को वेतनमान लेवल-12 में सह-आचार्य पद पर, दर्शाई गई तिथियों के अनुसार पदोन्नति (डी.ए.सी.पी. योजना, निगम के भर्ती विनियमों आदि के अंतर्गत) के आदेश दिए है:-

On the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, Chairman, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation has ordered the promotion of the following Medical officers in Dental Teaching Sub-Cadre working as Assistant Professor in Pay level 11 of pay matrix of the Seventh Pay Commission to the post of Associate Professor in Pay level 12 of pay matrix (under DACP Scheme, Recruitment Regulations of ESIC etc.) from the date(s) shown against their names: -

It may be noted: -

1. शिक्षण उप संवर्ग- दंत्य में वे चिकित्सा अधिकारी, जो पदोन्नति की तारीख पर नियमित छुट्टी/ अध्ययन छुट्टी/प्रतिनियुक्ति/बाह्य कार्य इत्यादि पर होने के समय उच्चतर स्केल में पदोन्नत हुए हैं, के मामले में, वास्तविक पदोन्नति उनके कार्यग्रहण करने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी तथा उनके लौटने तक उन्हें कल्पित पदोन्नत किया जाएगा।

In the event of a Medical Officer in Dental Teaching Sub Cadre, who is promoted in the higher scale, being on regular leave / study leave / deputation / foreign assignment etc. on the date of promotion, the actual promotion shall take effect from the date she/he assumes charge and notional promotion from the date of promotion.

2. चिकित्सा अधिकारी के वर्तमान तैनाती स्थान के नियंत्रक प्राधिकारी सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि डी. ए.सी.पी. की तिथि पर चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा चिकित्सा आधार के प्रयोजन के अतिरिक्त उपभोग की गई असाधारण छुट्टी (यदि कोई) की अवधि को छोड़ कर सहायक आचार्य, शिक्षण उप संवर्ग-दंत्य में 4 वर्षों की सेवा पूरी की जा चुकी है। इसका विवरण मुख्यालय को भी सूचित किया जाए।

The controlling authority (at the present place of posting) of the Medical Officers granted DACP shall ensure that the Medical Officer has completed 4 years’ service in the grade of Assistant Professor in Dental Teaching Sub Cadre after excluding the non-qualifying service period (if any) on account of dies-non and EOL availed other than on Medical Grounds. The details of such cases may also be reported to Hqrs Office.

3. उपर्युक्त पदोन्नत सह-आचार्य का वेतन सामान्य वेतन नियमावली और प्रतिमानकों में वर्णित एफआर 22(I)(ए)(1) के अंतर्गत नियत किया जाएगा तथा पदोन्नत अधिकारी पदोन्नति आदेश की तिथि के एक माह के अन्दर वेतन नियतन के सम्बन्ध में अपना विकल्प प्रस्तुत करेंगे।

The pay of the aforesaid Promoted Associate Professor will be fixed as per the provisions of FR22(I)(a)(1) and they shall exercise their option for fixation within one month from the date of promotion order.

4. यह पदोन्नति समय-समय पर संशोधित क.रा.बी.निगम (कर्मचारीवृद एवं सेवा की शर्तों) विनियमावली, 2023 में निर्धारित नियम और शर्तों के अधीन होगी।

The promotion will be subject to such terms and conditions as laid down in ESI Corporation (Staff & Conditions of Service) Regulations, 2023, as amended from time to time.

5. पदोन्नत सहायक आचार्य की उक्त सूची केवल सह-आचार्य के पद पर पदोन्नति आदेश है तथा किसी भी मामले में वरिष्ठता सूची नहीं है।

The said list of promoted Assistant Professors is only promotion order to the post of Associate Professor and not the seniority list in any case.
