Promotion of Assistant Executive Engineers to Executive Engineer on Ad-hoc Basis

सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने निम्नलिखित सहायक अधिशासी अभियंताओं (सिविल) को अधिशासी अभियंता (सिविल) के पद पर वेतन मैट्रिक्स के लेवल 11 [₹ 67,700- 2,08,700] में तदर्थ (Ad-hoc) आधार पर पदोन्नति प्रदान की है:

Competent Authority has ordered promotion of following Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) to the post of Executive Engineer (Civil) in Level 11 of pay matrix [₹ 67,700- 2,08,700] on ad-hoc basis:

1. उपरोक्त अधिकारियों की तदर्थ पदोन्नति उनके अधिशासी अभियंता (सिविल) के पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण की तिथि से प्रभावी मानी जाएगी। Ad-hoc Promotion of above officers will be effective from the date of assumption of charge to the promoted post of Executive Engineer (Civil).

2. उपरोक्त अधिकारियों की तदर्थ पदोन्नति की अवधि एक वर्ष अथवा नियमित पदधारी की नियुक्ति, जो भी पहले हो, तक सीमित होगी। The period of the ad-hoc promotion of above Officers will be limited to one year or till the joining of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.

3. उपरोक्त अधिकारियों द्वारा संबंधित ग्रेड/ संवर्ग में तदर्थ आधार पर दी गई सेवा की अवधि को न तो उस ग्रेड/ संवर्ग में वरिष्ठता के लिए और न ही अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में पदोन्नति की पात्रता के लिए गणना में लिया जाएगा । The period of service rendered by above officers on ad-hoc basis in the grade/cadre shall neither be counted for seniority in the grade/cadre, nor for eligibility for promotion to the next higher grade.

4. उपरोक्त अधिकारी, अधिशासी अभियंता (सिविल) के पद पर बने रहने का कोई अधिकार नहीं रखते हैं तथा उन्हें बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना अथवा कारण बताए, उनके पूर्व पद पर प्रत्यावर्तित किया जा सकता है। Above Officers will not have the right to continue in the promoted post and they may be reverted to lower post without any notice or assigning any reason thereof.

5. तदर्थ पदोन्नति के उपरांत वेतन का निर्धारण वर्तमान नियमानुसार किया जाएगा। The pay on ad-hoc promotion will be fixed as per extant rules.
