Office letter No. A- 12023/5/2022-Exam dated 14.10.2025, the Competent Authority has approved the result of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination-2025 for the promotion to the post of Personal Assistant who have qualified in the said LDCE held on 05.07.2025 & 06.07.2025 for the vacancy year 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025. Consequent upon the approval of LDCE result, the Competent Authority has also approved the promotion of the above officials to the post of Personal Assistant on regular basis in the level-7 of pay matrix (Rs. 44,900- 1,42,400/-) on the following conditions: - A-12023/7/2025-E-II I/3276914/2025 1. The regular promotion of the officials working as Stenographer will take effect from the date of his assumption of charge on promotional post. 2. The promoted/selected officials must submit their acceptance/Joining or otherwise of promotion by 21.11.2025. 3. The above officials will be promoted subject to their vigilance clearance, etc. In case of any pending vigilance case, the official will not be promoted. 4. Their pay on promotion shall be fixed in the level-7 of pay matrix (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400/-). 5. They may exercise their option for fixation of pay as per the provisions of FR 22(I)(a)(i) within one month from the date of issue of this order/from the date of promotion. 6. The seniority of the aforesaid officials will be fixed as per the extant rules. 7. The regular promotion has been made subject to the terms and conditions of service as applicable to the employees as laid down in the ESI Corporation (Staff and Conditions of Service) Regulations, 2023 as amended from time to time. 8. All above officials are for the time being promoted at their present place of posting and their transfer/posting order will be issued separately as per the administrative requirement/feasibility. 9.
