The Competent Authority extends the temporary charge of Chief Engineer (Civil) for Sh. Sanjay Jain, Executive Engineer (Civil), Regional Office, Telangana. This extension lasts for four months, until the appointment of a regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever occurs first. Sh. Sanjay Jain remains attached to ESIC-HQ during this period. The officer receives travel allowance and daily allowance as per existing rules. He does not receive extra remuneration for this assignment. The officer must submit a charge report to all concerned parties and send a copy to the specified email addresses.

कायालय आदेश संया 79 वष 2026
कायालय आदेश संया 260/2025 िदनांक 25.11.2025 के म म, सम ाधकारी ने ी संजय जैन, कायपालक अ$भयंता (&सिवल), े'ीय कायालय, तेलंगाना को मुय अ$भयंता (&सिवल) का भार अथायी *प से देखने हेतु, िनयिमत पदाधकारी क- िनयुि. होने तक अथवा आगामी चार माह क- अवध तक या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, अवध िवतार दान करने का आदेश िदए है। In continuation to Office Order No. 260 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025, the Competent Authority has ordered extension in respect of Sh. Sanjay Jain, Executive Engineer (Civil), RO, Telangana to look after the charge of Chief Engineer (Civil), temporarily for a further period of four months or till posting of regular incumbent or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
ी संजय जैन, अधशासी अ$भयंता (&सिवल), अपने मुय अ$भयंता (&सिवल) के भार अवध के दौरान मुयालय म संल2 रहगे। Sh. Sanjay Jain, Executive Engineer (Civil) shall continue to remain attached at ESIC-HQ during the aforesaid period of looking after the charge of Chief Engineer (Civil).
उपरो. अधकारी िनयमानुसार या'ा भ4ा/ दैिनक भ4ा पाने के हकदार है। इसके अलावा इस काय के 6लए उ7हे कोई अत9र. पा9रिमक देय नह: होगा। Aforesaid officer shall continue to be entitled for TA/DA as per rules wherever admissible. He shall not be entitled for any extra remuneration for this assignment.
कायभार ;हण 9रपोट सभी संबंधत? को यथासमय भेजी जाए तथा इसक- एक त6लिप dpc- e1hq@esic.gov.in तथा estt1-hq@esic.gov.in पर भी भेजी जाए। Charge report may be sent to all concerned in due course with a copy to dpc- e1hq@esic.gov.in and estt1-hq@esic.gov.in.
