Office Memorandum Subject: Holding of DPC for the post of Lab Assistant. Please refer to this office order of even number dated 29.09.2025 on the above mentioned subject. In this regard, approval of the competent authority is hereby conveyed for compliance of the Order dated 28.11.2025 of the Hon’ble C.A.T., P.B., New Delhi. Accordingly, if the DPC is already underway, the same may be proceeded upon. However, the result of the DPC shall not be declared without the prior leave of the Hon'ble Tribunal. A copy of the relevant order of the Hon’ble Tribunal is enclosed for information and compliance. All concerned authorities are requested to submit a report on compliance of the above instructions at the earliest.
