In continuation to this Office Memorandum No. A-28012/6/2022-E.III dated 17.10.2024 regarding payment of advance against Productivity Linked Bonus admissible for the eligible Group "C" employees of ESIC - 2023-24 and in pursuance of approval accorded by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India vide their letter F. No. A- 26022/01/2018-SS-I dated 13.04.2026, approval of the Competent Authority is hereby communicated for the payment of Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equal to 60 (sixty) days’ wages subject to the maximum of Rs. 13,816/-(Rupees Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen only) to the eligible Group "C" employees of the Corporation for the year 2023-24 as worked out on the basis of the existing scheme of Productivity Linked Bonus in ESIC. Accordingly, the advance paid, against the PLB for the year 2023-24, to ESIC employees based on ibid OM dated 17.10.2024 may be adjusted and settled. Further, consequent upon the above approval of Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India, action may be initiated for the payment of productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equal to 60 (Sixty) days' wages subject to the maximum of Rs. 13,816/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen only) for the year 2023-24 as worked out on the basis of the existing scheme of Productivity Linked Bonus for those ESIC employees, who are eligible but have not been paid the advance (employees who superannuated, died, resigned etc. during the financial year 2023-24 and who fulfills the eligibility condition of minimum of six months of service during the financial year 2023-24 and eligible for Pro-rata PLB/PLB). The other terms and conditions governing the PLB is to be duly followed before disbursement of PLB/ pro-rata PLB, which is enclosed with this Office Memorandum. The above exercise should be completed within 5 working days from the date of issuance of this Office Memorandum. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority. Hindi version will follow. A-28012/6/2022-E-III I/3843569/2026 Terms and conditions for payment of Productivity Linked Bonus to the employees of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation 1. All regular employees of Group 'C' whether temporary or permanent shall be eligible for the Productivity Linked Bonus provided they were in service for the whole year and are still in service. Casual/contract/extra departmental employees shall not be eligible for any Bonus. 2. The employees who were in service for less than one year during the relevant financial year shall be paid PLB on proportionate basis, provided they were in service for at least six months during the financial year 2023- 24. 3. The employees drawing monthly wages of more than Rs. 7,000/- shall be entitled to the PLB at the rate admissible to those drawing wages of Rs. 7,000/- per month. A-28012/6/2022-E-III I/3843569/2026
