File No.Z-1 1 I 17 I 1 I ReviewESlCMeeting/2023-MSU Part(3) Date: Sign.date Circular परप Subject: Publicity and Stakeholder Incentive for Submission of best of ideas — Identification of 75 “Golden Goals” for ESIC’s 75th Year With the principle - "Let us together contribute towards building a stronger, smarter, and more citizen-centric ESIC for the Amrit Kaal and Viksit Bharat" - In view, a circular has already been issued by MSU branch, Hqrs dated 04.05.2026 (attached) for submission of suggestions regarding identification of 75 specific and impactful “Golden Goals” to be achieved over the next 25 years in connection with the 75th year of establishment of ESIC. However, the response and participation received from the stakeholders so far has been limited. In order to encourage wider participation and obtain innovative, practical, and impactful suggestions from all stakeholders, it has been decided to incentivize the best of ideas received. To motivate stakeholders for active participation and generation of quality suggestions aligned with the vision of “Viksit Bharat, it has been decided that a Cash reward of Rs. 5,000/- each shall be awarded to the five participants submitting the best of ideas, as may be decided by a duly constituted evaluation committee/competent authority. Guidelines for Submission Suggestions should be specific, practical, and achievable. Expected outcomes and broad implementation mechanisms may also be indicated briefly. Preference will be given to ideas capable of measurable and visible impact on beneficiaries, employers, healthcare delivery, or organizational efficiency. sender must mention their name, designation, e-mail id, contact no. etc. The suggestions may be forwarded to this office email id: dir-msu@esic.gov.in within 07 days from the date of issue of this circular, through email, so that a consolidated list may be prepared and the final 75 goals may be identified for approval and implementation in Z-11/17/1/ReviewESICMeeting/2023-Part(3) I/3933324/2026 due course.
