िवषय: पैरामेडकल संगत समूह 'ख' संवग - मेडकल !रकॉड अधकारी, व!र& तकनीक' सहायक ( रेडयोलॉजी) , व!र& तकनीक' सहायक (ईसीजी), *यावसायक चिक,सक, िफ-जयोथेरेिप/ट, आहार िवशेष एवं दंत /व4छता िवशेष के 6लए अ6खल भारतीय सामा8य मसौदा व!र&ता सूचयां जारी करने के संबंध म;। Subject: Regarding release of All India Common Draft Seniority Lists for corresponding Paramedical Group 'B' Cadres - Medical Record Officer, Senior Technical Assistant (Radiology), Senior Technical Assistant (ECG), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Dietician and Dental Hygienist - regarding.     इस कायालय <ारा पैरामेडकल संगत समूह 'ख' के िव=भ> संवग (Cadres) के 6लए अ6खल भारतीय सामा8य मसौदा व!र&ता सूचयां तैयार क' गई है । इसम; िन?न6ल6खत संवग शािमल ह@:     Draft All India Common Seniority Lists for Paramedical cadres in ESIC corresponding to Group ‘B’ posts in Central Government have been prepared by merger/ consolidation of the regional seniority lists in the respective cadres as on the date of notification of the amended recruitment regulations for these posts consequent upon their re-classification from erstwhile Group 'C' to corresponding Group 'B' cadres. These include the Draft seniority lists of following cadres: पदो>त माAयम (Promotion Cadre):    मेडकल !रकॉड अधकारी (Medical Record Officer) Seniority as on 27.11.2020. व!र& तकनीक' सहायक (रेडयोलॉजी) [Senior Technical Assistant (Radiology)] Seniority as on 08.01.2021. व!र& तकनीक' सहायक (ECG) [Senior Technical Assistant (ECG)] Seniority as on 04.12.2020.

सीधी भतB माAयम (Direct Recruitment Cadre): *यावसायक चिक,सक (Occupational Therapist) Seniority as on 08.01.2021. िफ-जयोथेरेिप/ट (Physiotherapist) Seniority as on 08.01.2021. आहार िवशेष (Dietician) Seniority as on 04.12.2020. दंत /व4छता िवशेष (Dental Hygienist) Seniority as on 11.12.2020.

यह मसौदा सूचयां एत<ारा क.रा.बी.िनगम म; इन संवग क' व!र&ता के संबंध म; िव=भ> अदालतD म; दायर िकए गए मामलD के प!रणाम के अधीन, सभी संबंधत कमचा!रयD के बीच सूचना/आप6FयD/सुझावD हेतु Iसा!रत क' जाती है । These draft lists are hereby issued for circulation among all employees concerned for their information/objections/suggestions, subject to the outcome of court cases, if any, filed in different courts of law regarding the regional seniority lists of the above respective cadres.

आप6Fयां दज करने के िनदJश: इस सूची के संबंध म; िकसी भी Iकार क' Kुिट, चूक या आप6F को केवल संलL "कमचारी आप6F पK - Iोफामा" (Employee Objection Sheet) " का उपयोग करके ही I/तुत िकया जाना चािहए। (MS Word फाइल िवत!रत कर दी गई है, इसे Iशासिनक//थापना शाखा से IाN िकया जा सकता है) आप6F IपK को ईआरपी (ERP)/सेवा !रकॉड के साथ िवधवत स,यािपत िकया जाना चािहए और सPम Iाधकारी <ारा ह/ताP!रत होना चािहए । अQयावेदन अपने त,काल िनयंKण अधकारी (Controlling Authority) के माAयम से इस ापन के जारी होने क' त=थ से "सात िदनD (07 िदनD)" के भीतर "med7-hq@esic.gov.in" पर भेजे जाने चािहए । िनधा!रत Iोफामा म; जमा नहR क' गई या समय सीमा के बाद IाN हुई आप6FयD पर िवचार नहR िकया जाएगा, और ऐसी T/थत म; मसौदा व!र&ता सूची को अंतम (FINAL) माना जाएगा ।

Instructions for Filing Objections: Any errors, omissions, or objections regarding the list must be submitted using the attached "Employee Objection Sheet - Proforma" only. (MS Word file is Circulated, may collect from Administration/Establishment Branch) The objection sheet must be duly verified as per ERP/ Service records and signed by the Competent Authority. A-24011/3/2022-MED-VI I/3775512/2026

Representations must be routed through the immediate Controlling Authority and sent to "med7-hq@esic.gov.in" within "Seven Days (07 days)" of the date of issue of this memorandum. Objections not submitted in the prescribed proforma or received after the deadline will not be entertained, and the draft seniority list shall be treated as FINAL.
