A-33/11/2/2009-E.I 13-02-2026 CIRCULAR Subject: Reopening of the IPR window on the SPARROW Module for filing of Annual Immovable Property Returns (AIPRs) for the year 2025 (as on 01.01.2026) – Reg.   Reference is invited to this Office Circular dated 27.01.2026, whereby all Officers/Officials of ESIC belonging to Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ (Non- Medical/Medical/Nursing/Paramedical), SSOs and equivalent cadres were directed to submit their Annual Immovable Property Returns (AIPRs) for the year 2025 (as on 01.01.2026) through the SPARROW Module positively by 31.01.2026, in accordance with Rule 18(1)(ii) of the CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and the instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time.     Subsequently, references/representations have been received from various Officers/Officials and field units regarding non-submission of AIPRs within the stipulated timeline due to unforeseen circumstances and technical issues faced while accessing the portal.     Keeping the above in view and in order to facilitate all concerned Officers/Officials, the AIPR window has been reopened up to 25.02.2026.   Accordingly, all Officers/Officials who have not yet submitted their AIPRs are hereby directed to complete the filing of their AIPRs through the SPARROW Module on or before 25.02.2026, positively. It may be noted that the IPR shall be treated as filed only after it is duly e-signed and finally submitted.   All Heads of Offices/Custodians shall ensure strict compliance and completion of AIPR filing in respect of all officials under their control within the extended period.     All other terms and conditions contained in the aforesaid Circular dated 27.01.2026 shall remain unchanged.
