The sanction covers 200 commissioned beds, 20 ICU beds, and 20 HDU beds, detailing requirements for teaching faculty, medical officers, nursing staff, administrative personnel, and allied healthcare professionals. The Dean and Medical Superintendent are authorized to engage contractual and outsourced staff based on actual workload and bed occupancy, provided they do not exceed the specified upper ceilings. All outsourced services must be procured through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). This order supersedes all previous manpower sanctions for the unit.
