The Employees' State Insurance Corporation adopts the Ministry of Finance Office Memorandum dated 22 April 2026. This memorandum revises the Dearness Allowance rate for employees who continue to draw pay under the 6th Central Pay Commission pay scale or Grade Pay. All Regional Directors, Insurance Commissioners, and heads of ESIC medical colleges and hospitals must implement these instructions. The revision applies to all ESIC offices.
