Noida Regional Directors/SMO-All States Medical Superintendents-All ESIC Hospitals Deans-All ESI PGIMSR’s & Medical Colleges Subject: Verification and Deactivation of Unused User IDs in UTI BPA application – Reg. Sir/Madam, It has been observed that certain User IDs in UTI BPA application may continue to remain active even after transfer, retirement, resignation, termination and when such access is no longer required. Retention of unnecessary active IDs may pose a risk of unauthorized access or misuse. Accordingly, a list of all active UTI BPA user IDs pertaining to your office/location is being shared for verification and necessary action. You are requested to carefully examine the list of active user IDs and identify IDs which are no longer required. After due verification, the concerned office may send requests to BPA for deactivation of such user IDs at the earliest. Further, it is advised to maintain periodic review of active UTI BPA user IDs and promptly intimate BPA regarding deactivation whenever any employee is transferred, retired, relieved or no longer requires access, so as to prevent any possibility of misuse. It may also be included in the NOC. This issues with the approval of competent authority.
