Official record
Open source pageSummary
Check the official recordThe Employees' State Insurance Corporation requires all Accounting Units to verify budget and expenditure data in the ERP system. Units must compare ERP figures for BE 2026-27, actuals for 2025-26, and actuals for 2026-27 against internal records. Units must report discrepancies to the IT Helpdesk via email and coordinate with the ICT Team through the designated WhatsApp group. The Head of each Accounting Unit bears personal responsibility for the accuracy of these figures. Failure to report a discrepancy confirms the correctness of the ERP data. Units must complete this verification before they submit budget proposals for Revised Estimates 2026-27 and Budget Estimates 2027-28.

Subject: Verification of Budget Figures in ERP – RE 2026-27 and BE 2027-28
It is informed that the Budget Proposal window in ERP is likely to be opened shortly for submission of Budget Proposals for Revised Estimates (RE) 2026-27 and Budget Estimates (BE) 2027-28.
Accordingly, all Accounting Units are hereby advised to undertake a thorough verification of the budget and expenditure figures appearing on the Budget Proposal screen in ERP, particularly the following:
Responsibility for Verification
The Head of the respective Accounting Unit shall be personally responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the figures verified and submitted through the ERP Budget Proposal window.
It may be specifically noted that the RE 2026-27 and BE 2027-28 proposals will be formulated, inter alia, on the basis of the actual expenditure figures reflected in ERP. Therefore, any short-allocation or excess-allocation of budget under any Budget Head arising on account of incorrect, incomplete or unverified actual figures shall be the responsibility of the concerned Accounting Unit.
All Heads of Accounting Units are, therefore, requested to accord highest priority to verification of the figures and ensure that the exercise is completed meticulously before submission of the Budget Proposals.
This may be treated as an important financial-control measure and complied with strictly.
