**सा.का.नि. 148(अ).—**भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग- II, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में दिनांक 10 फ़रवरी, 2026 को सा.का.नि. 846 (ड.) के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय की दिनांक 10 फ़रवरी, 2026 की अधिसूचना में,—

(i) पेज 1 में, लाइन 11, के लिए "सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (मध्यवर्ती दिशानिर्देश और डिजिटल मीडिया आचार संहिता) नियम, 2021", पढ़ा जाए "सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (मध्यवर्ती दिशानिर्देश और डिजिटल मीडिया आचार संहिता) नियम, 2021 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है)";

(ii) पेज 3 में, लाइन 17, के लिए "खंड (ख)", पढ़ा जाए "खंड (ग)";

(a) lines 10 and 11, for "the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023)", read "the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (45 of 2023) read with the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023)";
