**का.आ. 3602(अ).—**केन्द्रीय सरकार, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 21) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 70 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तमिलनाड मर्केंटाइल बैंक लिमिटेड की नाजुक सूचना अवसंरचना होने के कारण महत्वपूर्ण बैंककारी समाधान (कोर बैंकिंग सोल्यूशन) और एकीकृत भुगतान इंटरफेस स्विच (यूनिफाइड पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस स्विच) से संबंधित कंप्यूटर संसाधनों एवं उनसे सहयुक्त आश्रितताओं के कंप्यूटर संसाधनों को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए एतद्द्वारा संरक्षित प्रणाली घोषित करती है और तमिलनाड मर्केंटाइल बैंक लिमिटेड को लिखित आदेश द्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को निर्दिष्ट करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है, जो संरक्षित प्रणालियों तक पहुंच बनाने के लिए प्राधिकृत हैं, अर्थात्:-

• (क) संरक्षित प्रणाली तक पहुंच बनाने के लिए, तमिलनाड मर्केंटाइल बैंक लिमिटेड का कोई भी अभिहित कर्मचारी;
• (ख) संविदात्मक प्रबंधित सेवा-प्रदाता या तृतीय पक्षकार विक्रेता के दल का कोई सदस्य जिसे आवश्यकता के आधार पर पहुँच प्रदान की जाए; तथा
• (ग) मामला दर मामला के आधार पर, कोई परामर्शी, विनियामक, सरकारी पदाधिकारी, संपरीक्षक या पणधारी।

2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th August, 2025

**S.O. 3602(E).—**In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby declares the computer resources relating to the Core Banking Solution (CBS) and Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Switch, being Critical Information Infrastructure of the Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited, and the computer resources of their associated dependencies, to be protected systems for the purposes of the said Act and authorises the Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited, to specify by order in writing, the following persons who are authorised to access the protected systems, namely:—

• (a) any designated employee of the Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited, to access the protected system;
• (b) any team member of contractual managed service provider or third-party vendor for need-based access; and
• (c) any consultant, regulator, Government official, auditor or stakeholder, on case-to-case basis.

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
