What changed

  1. 01

    NSE updated Long-Term ASM, ST-ASM, ESM and GSM lists through the week. Members must apply the stated 50 percent or 100 percent margins and trade-for-trade shifts on the named securities.

    ETF base-price, price-band, pre-open call auction and close-out norms now take effect on 7 September. Overnight and liquid ETF shortages that cannot be auctioned close out at the higher of the highest cross-exchange price or 5 percent above the auction-day settlement price.

    Closing Auction Session SOP now applies the 3:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. VWAP reference and a plus or minus 3 percent band from 3:15 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. to index futures as well as stock futures, from 7 September.

    Software vendors providing CTCL, IBT, STWT, API and back-office applications must obtain STQC under SEBI CSCRF. Existing vendors must submit certificates by 28 February 2027.

    SLBS market hours move to 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. from 7 September.
