MCA
MCA extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 to 15 September so companies can complete pending statutory filings. Other terms of the scheme are unchanged.
CBDT
CBDT notified the Foreign Assets of Small Taxpayers Disclosure Scheme Rules, 2026. Eligible taxpayers file electronic declarations in Form 1 for undisclosed foreign assets below the stated category thresholds; the last date under the rules is 31 December 2026.
