(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रेल संरक्षण बल संिोधन जनयम, 2025 है। (2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. रेल संरक्षण बल जनयम, 1987 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उि जनयम कहा गया है), के जनयम 45 के उप-जनयम (2) में, “उन्हें भरने के जलए इन जनयमों के अनुसार किम उठाएगा” िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर “उन्हें रेलवे बोडड को भेिेगा” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। 3. उि जनयमों के, जनयम 47 के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम रखा िाएगा, अर्ाडत्:- “47 भती के जलए स्ट्तरमान- सं. 682] नई दिल्ली, मंगलवार, अक् तूबर 21, 2025/आज‍ वन 29, 1947 No. 682] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025/ASVINA 29, 1947 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-22102025-267060 CG-DL-E-22102025-267060 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (1) कायडपालक काडर के जलए िारीररक स्ट्तरमान: कायडपालक काडर में बल के नामांदकत सिस्ट्य के रूप में भती के जलए न्यूनतम िारीररक स्ट्तरमान केंद्रीय सिस्त्र पुजलस बल के जलए भती के िारीररक स्ट्तरमान के बराबर होगा िो जनम्नानुसार है: (क) ऊंचाई – 170 सें.मी. (ख) सीना: जबना फुलाकर – 80 सें.मी. फुलाकर – 85 सें.मी. परंतु यह दक मजहलाओं और आरजक्षत श्रेजणयों के अभ्यर्र्डयों के जलए न्यूनतम िारीररक स्ट्तरमान केन्द्रीय सिस्त्र पुजलस बल के जलए भती के िारीररक स्ट्तरमान के बराबर ही होगा। (2) कायडपालक काडर से जभन्न के जलए िारीररक स्ट्तरमान: कायडपालक काडर से जभन्न के जलए बल के नामांदकत सिस्ट्य के रूप में भती के जलए न्यूनतम िारीररक स्ट्तरमान जनम्नानुसार होगा: (क) ऊंचाई – 165 सें.मी. (ख) सीना: जबना फुलाकर – 80 सें.मी. फुलाकर – 85 सें.मी. परंतु यह दक उन व्यजियों के जलए, जिन्होंने बीस वर्ड की आयु प्राप्त नहीं की है, ऊंचाई की माप में 2.5 सें. मी. और सीने की माप में 5 सें. मी. की छूट तब िी िा सकेगी िब मंडल जचदकत्सा अजधकारी यह प्रमाजणत कर िेता है दक संबंजधत व्यजि द्वारा ऐसे मामले में लागू अजधकतम आयु प्राप्त करने पर न्यूनतम जनधाडररत स्ट्तरमान प्राप्त करने की संभावना है। परंतु यह और भी दक महाजनिेिक, सीधी भती के जलए मजहला अभ्यर्र्डयों के जलए पृर्क िारीररक स्ट्तरमान जवजहत कर सकेगा।” 4. उि जनयमों में, जनयम 48 में,- (क) उप-जनयम 48.2 में, “कांस्ट्टेबल” िब्ि के स्ट्र्ान पर “कायडपालक काडर से जभन्न कांस्ट्टेबल” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। (ख) उप-जनयम 48.2 के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत उप-जनयम अंत: स्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाडत्:- “48.3 सीधी भती द्वारा, कांस्ट्टेबल (कायडपालक) के पि के जलए एक अभ्यर्ी, - (i) भती की अजधसूचना की तारीख को अठारह वर्ड से अजधक ककंतु तेईस वर्ड से कम का होना चाजहए, और (ii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोडड या जवश्वजवद्यालय से हाई स्ट्कूल परीक्षा या उसके समतुल्य परीक्षा उतीणड कर चुका हो।” 5. उि जनयमों में, जनयम 49 में,- (क) उप जनयम 49.1 के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-जनयम रखा िाएगा, अर्ाडत्:- “49.1 कायडपालक काडर में उपजनरीक्षकों और कांस्ट्टेबलों के पिों पर सीधी भती के जलए चयन केंद्रीय सिस्त्र पुजलस बल के जलए कमडचारी चयन आयोग की भती प्रदिया के अनुसार दकया िाएगा।” (ख) उप-जनयम 49.2 में, “कांस्ट्टेबल” िब्ि के स्ट्र्ान पर “कांस्ट्टेबल (कायडपालक) के जसवाय कांस्ट्टेबल” िब्ि और कोष्ठक रखे िाएंगे। 6. उि जनयमों में, जनयम 51 में,- (क) उप-जनयम 51.1 को उप-जनयम 51.1क के रूप में पुनः संखयांदकत दकया िाएगा, और इस प्रकार पुनः संखयांदकत उप-जनयम से पहले जनम्नजलजखत उप-जनयम अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा:- “उपजनरीक्षक (कायडपालक) और कांस्ट्टेबल (कायडपालक) के पि पर भती के जलए अभ्यर्र्डयों की जचदकत्सीय परीक्षा केंद्रीय सिस्त्र पुजलस बल के जचदकत्सा अजधकारी या केन्द्रीय/राज्य सरकार के दकसी अस्ट्पताल या और्धालय के ग्रेड-I के दकसी अन्य जचदकत्सा अजधकारी या सहायक जचदकत्सक द्वारा की िाएगी।” [भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (ख) उप-जनयम 51.1क में, “अभ्यर्ी” िब्ि के स्ट्र्ान पर “कायडपालक काडर के जसवाय अभ्यर्ी” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। [फा. सं. 2025/सुरक्षा(जविेर्)/01/7] महेश्वर ससंह, महाजनरीक्षक (प्रिासन) रटप्पण:- मूल जनयम भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में सा.का.जन. 951(अ), तारीख 3 दिसम्बर, 1987 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए र्े और इसके पश्चात इन्हें जनम्नजलजखत उपांतरणों द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया र्ा, अर्ाडत्:- 1. सा.का.जन. 374 तारीख 24 िुलाई, 1992 2. सा.का.जन. 574 तारीख 7 नवम्बर, 1994 3. सा.का.जन. 164 तारीख 20 माचड, 1995 4. सा.का.जन. 45 तारीख 12 िनवरी, 1996 5. सा.का.जन. 39 (अ) तारीख 17 िनवरी, 1996 6. सा.का.जन. 45 (अ) तारीख 29 िनवरी, 1997 7. सा.का.जन. 151 (अ) तारीख 11 माचड, 1997 8. सा.का.जन. 229 तारीख 15 िुलाई, 1999 9. सा.का.जन. 756 (अ) तारीख 2 नवम्बर, 1999 10. सा.का.जन. 768 (अ) तारीख 2 नवम्बर, 1999 11. सा.का.जन. 286 तारीख 20 िुलाई, 2000 12. सा.का.जन. 359 तारीख 8 जसतम्बर, 2000 13. सा.का.जन. 483 तारीख 24 अगस्ट्त, 2001 14. सा.का.जन. 790 (अ) तारीख 22 अक्टूबर, 2001 15. सा.का.जन. 618 तारीख 12 नवम्बर, 2001 16. सा.का.जन. 257 (अ) तारीख 28 माचड, 2003 17. सा.का.जन. 448 (अ) तारीख 29 मई, 2003 18. सा.का.जन. 312 (अ) तारीख 13 मई, 2004 19. सा.का.जन. 245 तारीख 5 िुलाई, 2004 20. सा.का.जन. 313 तारीख 25 अगस्ट्त, 2004 21. सा.का.जन. 649 (अ) तारीख 27 जसतम्बर, 2004 22. सा.का.जन. 365 तारीख 29 जसतम्बर, 2005 23. सा.का.जन. 366 तारीख 30 जसतम्बर, 2005 24. सा.का.जन. 14 तारीख 24 िनवरी, 2007 25. सा.का.जन. 114 तारीख 14 िून, 2007 26. सा.का.जन. 527 (अ) तारीख 1 अगस्ट्त, 2007 27. सा.का.जन. 803 (अ) तारीख 31 अक्टूबर, 2008 28. सा.का.जन. 127 (अ) तारीख 25 फरवरी, 2009 29. सा.का.जन. 400 (अ) तारीख 12 मई, 2010 30. सा.का.जन. 556 (अ) तारीख 16 अगस्ट्त, 2013 31. सा.का.जन. 719 (अ) तारीख 31 अक्टूबर, 2013 32. सा.का.जन. 140 (अ) तारीख 2 फरवरी, 2018 33. सा.का.जन. 1067 (अ) तारीख 25 अक्टूबर, 2018 34. सा.का.जन. 500(अ) तारीख 20 िुलाई, 2021 4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Railway Board) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th October, 2025 G.S.R. 766(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Railway Protection Force Act, 1957 (23 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Railway Protection Force Amendment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in rule 45 in sub-rule (2), for the words “take steps to fill them up in accordance with these rules”, the words “send it to Railway Board” shall be substituted. 3. In the said rules, in rule 47, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “47. Enlistment Standards. - (1) Physical Standard for Executive Cadre: The minimum physical standard for enlistment as an enrolled member of the Force in Executive Cadre shall be at par with physical standard of recruitment for Central Armed Police Force as under: (a) Height – 170 cms (b) Chest: Unexpanded – 80 cms. Expanded – 85 cms. Provided that the minimum physical standard for female and reserved categories candidates shall be at par with physical standard of recruitment for Central Armed Police Force as well. (2) Physical Standard for other than Executive Cadre: The minimum physical standard for enlistment as an enrolled member of the Force for other than Executive Cadre shall be as under: (a) Height – 165 cms (b) Chest: Unexpanded – 80 cms. Expanded – 85 cms. Provided that for persons who have not attained the age of twenty years, a relaxation of 2.5 cms. in height and 5 cms. in chest measurements may be allowed if the Divisional Medical Officer certifies that the person concerned is likely to attain the minimum prescribed standard on attaining the maximum age applicable in the case: Provided further that the Director-General may prescribe separate physical standard for female candidates for direct recruitment.” 4. In the said rules, in rule 48,- (a) in sub-rule 48.2, for the words “Constable”, the words “Constable other than Executive Cadre” shall be substituted. (b) after sub-rule 48.2, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:- “48.3 A candidate for the post of Constable (Executive), by direct recruitment,- (i) must be above the age of eighteen years but below the age of twenty-three years on the date of notification of the recruitment; and (ii) must have passed High School Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.” 5. In the said rules, in rule 49,- (a) for sub-rule 49.1, the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- “49.1 Selection for direct recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspectors and Constables in Executive Cadre shall be made as per recruitment procedure of Staff Selection Commission for Central Armed Police Forces.” [भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 (b) for sub- rule 49.2, for the word “Constables”, the words “Constables except Constable (Executive)” shall be substituted. 6. In the said rules, in rule 51,- (a) sub-rule 51.1 shall be renumbered as sub-rule 51.1A thereof, and before the sub-rule as so renumbered, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:- “51.1 The medical examination of the candidates for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspectors (Executive) and Constables (Executive) shall be done by the Medical Officer of the Central Armed Police Forces or any other Medical Officer or Assistant Surgeon belonging to Grade-I of any Central/State Government Hospital or Dispensary.” (b) in sub-rule 51.1A, for the word “candidate”, the words “candidate except executive cadre” shall be substituted.
