The rules take effect on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. सा.का.नि. 770(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 67 और धारा 87 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए रेलवे लाल टैरिफ नियम, 2000 में आगे संशोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्–
(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रेलवे लाल टैरिफ (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियम, 2025 है। (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
रेलवे लाल टैरिफ नियम 2000 की तालिका II के कॉलम (1) के उपशीर्ष “द्रव गैसों” के अंतर्गत मद “द्रवीकृत ईथेन” और तदनुरुप स्तंभ (4) में, उपशीर्षक “अपवादात्मक या अतिरिक्त पैकिंग नियम” के अंतर्गत मद “टी-75 आईएसओ कंटेनर” को शामिल किया जाएगा।

टिप्पण - मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II खंड 3, उपखंड (I) में दिनांक 15 जुलाई 2000 के सा.का.नि. 266 के तहत प्रकाशित किए गए थे और पिछली बार दिनांक 26 सितम्बर 2025 के सा.का.नि.719(अ) की अधिसूचना के तहत संशोधित किये गए थे।

G.S.R. 770 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 67 and Section 87 of the Railways Act, 1989(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railways Red Tariff Rules, 2000 namely:-
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
