सा.का.जन. 495(अ).— सीमािुल्क अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के उपिाक्य (च) के अंतगडत प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय उत्पाि और सीमा िुल्क बोडड , एतद्द्वारा, भारत सरकार, जित्त मंत्रालय, रािस्ट्ि जिभाग, की अजधसूचना सं. 27/2018- सीमा िुल्क (गै.टे.), दिनांक 28 माचड, 2018, जिसे सा.का.जन. 295(अ), दिनांक 28 माचड, 2018, के द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, इसमें जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, यथा :-

नोट:- प्रधान अजधसूचना भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-II, खंड-3, उपखंड (i) में अजधसूचना सं. 27/2018- सीमा िुल्क (गै.टै.), दिनांक 28 माचड, 2018, सा.का.जन. 295(अ), दिनांक 28 माचड, 2018 के तहत प्रकाजित की गई थी, तथा यह अंजतम बार अजधसूचना सं. 82/2020-सीमािुल्क (गै.टै.), दिनांक 21 अगस्ट्त 2020, जिसे सा.का.जन. 518 (अ) दिनांक 21 अगस्ट्त 2020 के तहत भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-II, खंड-3, उपखंड (i) में ई-प्रकाजित दकया गया था, के द्वारा संिोजधत की गई थी ।

G.S.R. 495(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 27/2018-Customs (N.T.), dated, the 28th March, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), vide number G.S.R. 295(E), dated, the 28th March, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, in the table, after Sl. No. 14 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be added, namely: -

“15. Navi Mumbai”. [F. No. 451/11/2026-Cus.V] INDRAJIT PANDA, Under Secy.

Note: - The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (i), vide Notification No. 27/2018–Customs (N.T.), dated the 28th March, 2018, vide number G.S.R 295 (E), dated the 28th March, 2018 and was last amended vide Notification No. 82/2020-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st August 2020 e-published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 518 (E), dated 21st August 2020.
