असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण्ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राधिकार से प्रकाशित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 17 अप्रैल, 2026 सं. 05/2026-सीमा शुल्क (एडीडी) सा. का. नि. 291(अ).— जबकि चीन जनवादी गणराज्य (इसमें इसके पश्चात् जिसे विषयगत देश से संदर्भित किया गया है) में मूलतः उत्पादित या वहां से निर्यातित और भारत में आयातित ‘एल्युमिनियम के कतिपय फ्लैट रोल्ड उत्पाद’, (इसमें इसके पश्चात जिसे विषयगत वस्तुओं के रूप में संदर्भित किया गया है) जो कि सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 51) (इसमें इसके पश्चात जिसे उक्‍त सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम से संदर्भित किया गया है) की प्रथम अनुसूची के टैरिफ अध्याय 7606 या 7607 के अंतर्गत आती हैं, के मामले में निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने अधिसूचना संख्या 6/27/2020 -डीजीटीआर, दिनांक 7 सितंबर, 2021 जिसे दिनांक 7 सितंबर, 2021 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग I, खंड I में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में अपने अंतिम निष्कर्षों में विषयगत देश में मूलतः उत्पादित या निर्यातित विषयगत वस्तुओं के आयातों पर प्रतिकाटन शुल्क लगाने की सिफारिश की है; सं. 267] नई दिल्ली, शुक्रवार, अप्रैल 17, 2026/चैत्र 27, 1948

2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] और जबकि, निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी के उक्त अंतिम निष्कर्षों के आधार पर केंद्र सरकार ने भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 68/2021-सीमाशुल्क (एडीडी), जिसे दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर, 2021 को सा.का.नि. सं. 847(अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खण्ड-3, उप-खण्ड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के माध्यम से विषयगत माल पर प्रतिकाटन शुल्क लगाया था; और जबकि, निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 7 जुलाई, 2025 के आदेश के अनुसरण में, राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग I, खंड 1 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या 6/27/2020-डीजीटीआर, दिनांक 10 दिसंबर, 2025 के माध्यम से उक्त अंतिम निष्कर्षों में संशोधन करते हुए ‘1150 मि.मी. से अधिक चौड़ाई वाले लिथोग्रेड एल्युमिनियम कॉइल्स’ को विचाराधीन उत्पाद के दायरे से बाहर कर दिया है। अतः अब, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ (पारित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उनका आकलन और प्रतिकाटन शुल्क का संग्रहण और क्षतिपूर्ति का निर्धारण) नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 18 और 20 के साथ पठित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 9क की उपधाराओं (1) और (5) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार, अधिसूचना सं. 6/27/2020-डीजीटीआर, दिनांक 10 दिसंबर, 2025 में निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी की सिफारिश पर विचार करने के पश्चात्, एतद्द्वारा, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 68/2021-सीमाशुल्क (एडीडी), दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर, 2021, जिसे सा.का.नि. संख्या 847(अ), दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर, 2021 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग-II, खण्ड-3, उप-खण्ड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथा:- उक्त अधिसूचना में, तालिका के बाद और पैराग्राफ 2 से पहले, आइटम (ii) के बाद, निम्नलिखित आइटम अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा:- “iii. 1150 मिमी से अधिक चौड़ाई वाले लिथोग्रेड एल्युमिनियम कॉइल ।”

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department Of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th April, 2026 No. 05/2026-Customs (ADD) G.S.R. 291(E).— Whereas, in the matter concerning imports of ‘Certain Flat Rolled Products of Aluminium’ (hereinafter referred to as the subject goods) falling under chapter heading 7606 or 7607 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act), originating in, or exported from People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the subject country) and imported into India, the designated authority in its final findings, vide notification No. 6/27/2020-DGTR dated the 7th September, 2021, published in the

[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 7th September, 2021, has recommended the imposition of anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject goods originating in, or exported from the subject country; And whereas, on the basis of the aforesaid final findings of the designated authority, the Central Government had imposed the anti-dumping duty on the subject goods vide notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 68/2021-Customs (ADD), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 847(E), dated the 6th December, 2021;

And whereas, in pursuance of the order of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court dated the 7th July, 2025, the designated authority has amended the aforesaid final findings vide amendment notification No. 6/27/2020-DGTR dated the 10th December, 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 10th December, 2025 so as to exclude ‘Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1150 mm’ from the scope of the product under consideration.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, read with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, after considering the recommendation of the designated authority in the notification No. 6/27/2020-DGTR, dated the 10th December, 2025, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 68/2021-Customs (ADD) dated 6th December, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 847(E), dated the 6th December, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, after the TABLE and before paragraph 2, after item (ii), the following item shall be inserted, namely:-

“iii. Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1150 mm.”.
