वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्ि विभाग) अविसूचना नई दिल्ली, 12 मई, 2026 सं. 15/2026-सीमा शुल्क सा.का.जन. 358(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अविवनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की िारा 25 की उपिारा (1) और सीमाशुल्क टैररफ अविवनयम, 1975 (1975 का 51) की िारा 3 की उपिारा (12) द्वारा प्रदत्त शवियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कक ऐसा करना जनवहत में आिश्यक है, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्ि विभाग) की अविसूचना सं. 45/2025-सीमाशुल्क, कदनांक 24 अिूबर, 2025, वजसे सा.का.वन. 781(अ), कदनांक 24 अिूबर, 2025 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकावशत ककया गया था, में वनम्नवलवखत और संशोिन करती है, अथाात्:— उि अविसूचना में, ताजलका I में,— (1) क्रम सं. 192 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविवष्ट “5%” के स्थान पर, प्रविवष्ट “10%” को प्रवतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा; सं. 324] नई दिल्ली, मंगलवार, मई 12, 2026/वैिाख 22, 1948

(2) क्रम सं. 193 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविवष्ट “5%” के स्थान पर, प्रविवष्ट “10%” को प्रवतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा; (3) क्रम सं. 194 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविवष्ट “5%” के स्थान पर, दोनों स्थानों पर, प्रविवष्ट “10%” को प्रवतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा; (4) क्रम सं. 195 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविवष्ट “5%” के स्थान पर, प्रविवष्ट “10%” को प्रवतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा; (5) क्रम सं. 196 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविवष्ट “5%” के स्थान पर, प्रविवष्ट “10%” को प्रवतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा; (6) क्रम सं. 197 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविवष्ट “5%” के स्थान पर, प्रविवष्ट “10%” को प्रवतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा; (7) क्रम सं. 200 और उससे संबंवित प्रविवष्टयों के पश्चात्, वनम्नवलवखत क्रम सं. और प्रविवष्टयों को अंतःस्थावपत ककया जाएगा, अथाात्:— (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) “200क. 7112 बहुमूल्य िातुओं से युि व्यजित उत्प्प्रेरक या राख : परन्द्तु इस क्रम संख्या में जनजित कोई भी बात 31 माचा, 2027 के बाि प्रभािी नहीं होगी 10%

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026 No. 15/2026-Customs G.S.R. 358(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-section (12) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 45/2025- Customs, dated the 24th October, 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 781(E), dated the 24th October, 2025, namely: — In the said notification, in TABLE I, - (1) against S. No. 192, in column (4), for the entry "5%", the entry "10%" shall be substituted; (2) against S. No. 193, in column (4), for the entry "5%", the entry "10%" shall be substituted; (3) against S. No. 194, in column (4), for the entry "5%", at both the places, the entry "10%" shall be substituted; (4) against S. No. 195, in column (4), for the entry "5%", the entry "10%" shall be substituted; (5) against S. No. 196, in column (4), for the entry "5%", the entry "10%" shall be substituted; (6) against S. No. 197, in column (4), for the entry "5%", the entry "10%" shall be substituted; (7) after S. No. 200 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) “200A. 7112 Spent catalyst or ash containing precious metals: Provided that nothing contained in this S. No. shall have effect after the 31st March, 2027 10%
