वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्ि विभाग) अविसूचना नई दिल्ली, 12 मई, 2026 सं. 18/2026-सीमा िुल्क सा.का.जन. 357(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, सीमा िुल्क अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा (1) के अधीन प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस बात से संतुष् ट होते हुए दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार, जवत्त मंत्रालय (रािस्ट्व जवभाग) की अजधसूचना संख्या 22/2022-सीमा िुल्क, दिनांक 30 अप्रैल 2022, जिसे सा.का.जन. 328(अ), दिनांक 30 अप्रैल 2022 के तहत भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, में और आगे भी जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, यथा:- उि अजधसूचना में, सारणी III में, क्रमांक 12 के सामने : I. स्ट्तंभ (5) में, प्रजवजि के स्ट्थान पर, प्रजवजि "10" को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा; II. स्ट्तंभ (6) में, प्रजवजि के स्ट्थान पर, प्रजवजि "4" को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा। सं. 323] नई दिल्ली, मंगलवार, मई 12, 2026/वैिाख 22, 1948

[फा. सं. 354/04/2026-टीआरयू] िीरज शमाा, अिर सवचि नोट: मूल अजधसूचना संख् या 22/2022-सीमा िुल्क, दिनांक 30 अप्रैल 2022, को सा.का.जन. 328(अ), दिनांक 30 अप्रैल 2022, के तहत भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (i), में प्रकाजित दकया गया था और इसमें अंजतम बार अजधसूचना संख्या 14/2026-सीमा िुल्क, दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2026, जिसे सा.का.जन. 330 (अ), दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2026 के तहत भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग ।।, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, के द्वारा संिोधन दकया गया था।

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026 No. 18/2026-Customs G.S.R. 357(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 22/2022-Customs, dated the 30th April, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 328(E), dated the 30th April, 2022, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE III, against S. No. 12, - I. in column (5), for the entry, the entry “10” shall be substituted; II. in column (6), for the entry, the entry “4” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 13th day of May, 2026.
