आवासन और िहरी कार्य मंत्रालर् अजधसूचना नई दिल्ली, 1 िुलाई, 2026 सा.का.जन. 553(अ).— केन्द्रीर् सरकार, भू-संपिा (जवजनर्मन और जवकास) अजधजनर्म, 2016 (2016 का 16) की धारा 2 के खंड (छ) के उप-खंड (iii) के साथ पठित धारा 84 द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए तथा िन जवश्वास (उपबंधों का संिोधन) अजधजनर्म, 2026 (2026 का 8) की अनुसूची क्रम संख्र्ा 70 के साथ पठित धारा 2 के तहत उि अजधजनर्म की धारा 68 में दकए गए संिोधनों के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रीर् रािधानी राज्र् क्षेत्र दिल्ली भू-संपिा (जवजनर्मन और जवकास) (सामान्द्र्) जनर्म, 2016 में और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनाती है, अथायत्:—

1. (1) इन जनर्मों का संजक्षप्त नाम राष्ट्रीर् रािधानी राज्र् क्षेत्र दिल्ली भू-संपिा (जवजनर्मन और जवकास) (सामान्द्र्) संिोधन जनर्म, 2026 है। (2) र्े रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. राष्ट्रीर् रािधानी राज्र् क्षेत्र दिल्ली भू-संपिा (जवजनर्मन और जवकास) (सामान्द्र्) जनर्म, 2016 में, जनर्म 32 में, उप- जनर्म (1) में, सारणी में जनम्नजलजखत पंजि का लोप दकर्ा िाएगा, अथायत्:— “धारा 68 के अधीन कारावास से िंडनीर् प्लॉट, अपाटयमेंट अथवा भवन िैसा भी मामला हो, की प्राक्कजलत लागत का 10%” [फा. सं. ओ-17024/72/2026-आवास-एमओएचर्ूए/पी-9218724] कुलिीप नारार्ण, संर्ुि सजचव

MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st July, 2026

G.S.R. 553(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 read with sub-clause (iii) of clause (g) of section 2 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016) and in pursuance of the amendment made to section 68 of the said Act under section 2 read with serial number 70 of the Schedule to the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 (8 of 2026), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2016, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Amendment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2016, in rule 32, in sub-rule (1), in the Table, the following row shall be omitted, namely: - “Punishable with imprisonment under section 68. ten per cent. of the estimated cost of the plot, apartment or building, as the case may be.” [F.
