सा.का.नि. 567(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी नियम, 1971 के नियम 21 के साथ पठित कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संपूर्ण भारत के लिए राष्ट्रीय पादप स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन संस्थान, हैदराबाद के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को रासायनिक नाशकजीवमार के कीटनाशी विश्लेषकों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात् :-
(1) निदेशक (नाशकजीवमार प्रबंधन प्रभाग);
(2) संयुक्त निदेशक (रसायन विज्ञान);
(3) उपनिदेशक (रसायन विज्ञान);
(4) सहायक निदेशक (नाशकजीवमार मॉनीटररंग और अवशेष विश्लेषण);
(5) सहायक निदेशक (नाशकजीवमार सूत्रीकरण विश्लेषण);
(6) वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी (नाशकजीवमार प्रबंधन प्रभाग); और
(7) सहायक वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी (नाशकजीवमार प्रबंधन प्रभाग)।

G.S.R. 567(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Insecticides Act,1968 (46 of 1968) read with rule 21 of the Insecticides Rule 1971, the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers of the National Institute of Plant Health Management at Hyderabad, as Insecticide Analysts for chemical pesticides for whole of India, namely:-
(1) Director (Pesticide Management Division);
(2) Joint Director (Chemistry);
(3) Deputy Director (Chemistry);
(4) Assistant Director (Pesticide Monitoring and Residue Analysis);
(5) Assistant Director (Pesticide Formulation Analysis);
(6) Scientific Officer (Pesticide Management Division); and
(7) Assistant Scientific Officer (Pesticide Management Division).
