सा.का.जन. 406(अ).— केंद्र सरकार एति् द्वारा आवश्यक वस्ट्तु अजधजनयम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तरलीकृत पेरोजलयम गैस (आपूर्ति एवं जवतरण का जवजनयमन) आिेि, 2000 में और संिोधन करने हेतु जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती है, अर्ाित्:—

1. (1) इस आिेि को तरलीकृत पेरोजलयम गैस (आपूर्ति और जवतरण का जवजनयमन) संिोधन आिेि, 2026 कहा िाएगा।

(2) यह आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।

2. उि आिेि के खंड 3 में, उप-खंड ( 5) के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत उप-खंड प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाित्:—: “(5) कोई व्यजि या गृहस्ट्र्ी, जिसके पास घरेलू तरलीकृत पेरोजलयम गैस (एलपीिी) कनेक्िन हो और तत्पश्चात जिसने पाइप्ड प्राकृजतक गैस (पीएनिी) कनेक्िन प्राप्त कर जलया हो, वह तत्काल प्रभाव से घरेलू तरलीकृत पेरोजलयम गैस (एलपीिी) जसलेंडर का ररदिल प्राप्त नहीं करेगा तर्ा पाइप्ड प्राकृजतक गैस (पीएनिी) कनेक्िन सं. 365] नई दिल्ली, सोमवार, मई 25, 2026/ज् येष् ठ 4, 1948

[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th May, 2026

G.S.R. 406(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2000, namely: —

1. (1) This Order may be called the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Amendment Order, 2026.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2000, in clause 3, for sub-clause (5), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely: — “(5) A person or household having a domestic liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) connection and subsequently having obtained a piped natural gas (PNG) connection shall not forthwith take a refill of domestic liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder and shall also, within thirty days from the date of obtaining a PNG connection, either apply for termination of the LPG connection or take a transfer voucher for a future LPG connection in a non-PNG area."
