सा.का.नि. 751(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार केवल टेलीविजन नेटवर्क (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1995 (1995 का 7) की धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केवल टेलीविजन नेटवर्क नियम, 1994 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ– (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केवल टेलीविजन नेटवर्क (संशोधन) नियम, 2026 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. केवल टेलीविजन नेटवर्क नियम, 1994 में, नियम 7 के उपनियम (11) का लोप किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 751(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 22 of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994, namely: –

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Cable Television Networks (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994, in rule 7, sub-rule (11) shall be omitted.
