श्रम और रोज़गार मंत्रालय (खान सुरक्षा महाजनदेिालय) अजधसूचना धनबाद, 10 िुलाई, 2026 सा.का.जन. 618(अ).— उपिीजिकािन्य सुरक्षा,स्ट्िास्ट््य और काययदिाएं (केंद्रीय) जनयम, 2026 के जनयम 163 के उप-जनयम (3) के तहत मुझे जमली िजियों का उपयोग करते हुए, मैं, उज्ज्िल ताह, खानों के मुख्य जनरीक्षक-सह-सुजिधा प्रदाता (और खान सुरक्षा महाजनदेिक के रूप में भी नाजमत), एतद्द्वारा, उपिीजिकािन्य सुरक्षा, स्ट्िास्ट््य और काययजस्ट्थजत संजहता, 2020 के अलािा ककसी अन्य कानून के तहत स्ट्थाजपत प्रजिक्षण केंद्र के जलए अनुमोदन को इस प्रकार जनर्ददष्ट करता हूँ: दायरा: ये मानक उस बुजनयादी ढांचे और सुजिधाओं को जनर्ददष्ट करते हैं िो उपिीजिकािन्य सुरक्षा, स्ट्िास्ट््य और काययदिाएं संजहता, 2020 के अलािा ककसी अन्य कानून के तहत स्ट्थाजपत प्रजिक्षण केंद्र में होने चाजहए,ताकक उसे उपिीजिकािन्य सुरक्षा, स्ट्िास्ट््य और काययदिाएं (केंद्रीय) जनयम, 2026 के तहत खानों में काययरत लोगों को व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण देने की अनुमोकदत की िा सके। लागू होना: ये मानक उन सभी प्रजिक्षण केंद्रों पर लागू होंगे िो उपिीजिकािन्य सुरक्षा, स्ट्िास्ट््य और काययदिाएं संजहता, 2020 के अलािा ककसी अन्य कानून के तहत स्ट्थाजपत हैं और जिन्हें उपिीजिकािन्य सुरक्षा, स्ट्िास्ट््य और काययजस्ट्थजत (केंद्रीय) जनयम, 2026 के जनयम 163 के उप-जनयम (3) के तहत खानों में काययरत लोगों को व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण देने के जलए भी मंज़ूरी दी गई है। सं. 560] नई कदल्ली, सोमिार, िुलाई 13, 2026/आषाढ 22, 1948

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT (Directorate General of Mines Safety) NOTIFICATION Dhanbad, the 10th July, 2026 G.S.R. 618(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub Rule (3) of Rule 163 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026, I, Ujjwal Tah, Chief Inspector-cum- Facilitator of Mines, also designated as the Director General of Mines Safety, hereby, specify the approval for training centre established under any law other than the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, is as follows: Scope: These standards specify the infrastructure and facilities which must be there in a training centre established under any law other than the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, for granting it approval to impart vocational training to the persons employed in mines required under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026. Applicability: These standards shall be applicable to all the training centres established under any law other than the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, which are granted approval under Rule (3) of 163 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026 for also imparting vocational training to the persons employed in mines. Compliance Requirement: i. The training centre shall have staff, equipment and other facilities as specified under Rule 164 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026.
