सा.का.जन. 574(अ).— उपिीजवकािन्य सुरक्षा, स्ट्वास्ट््य और काययदिाएं (केन्रीय) जनयम, 2026 के जनयम 131 के उप-जनयम (6) और (7) के तहत मुझे प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं, उज्ज्वल ताह, खानों का मुख्य जनरीक्षक-सह- सुजवधाप्रदाता, जिसे खान सुरक्षा महाजनदेिक के रूप में भी नाजमत ककया गया है, खानों, बचाव केंरों या बचाव कक्षों में बचाव उपकरणों से संबंजधत दुर्यटनाओं की ररपोर्टटग के जलए प्रारूप को जनम्नानुसार जनर्ददष्ट करता/करती हूँ: दायरा: ये मानक भूजमगत खदान, बचाव केंर या बचाव कक्ष में ककसी भी बचाव उपकरण के उपयोग से उत्पन्न दुर्यटनाओं की ररपोर्टटग के जलए प्रपत्र जनर्ददष्ट करते हैं, िैसा कक उपिीजवकािन्य सुरक्षा, स्ट्वास्ट््य और काययदिाएं (केन्रीय) जनयम, 2026 के जनयम 131(6) और (7) के तहत आवश्यक है। प्रयोज्यता: इन प्रपत्रों का उपयोग भूजमगत खदान, बचाव केंर या बचाव कक्ष में ककसी भी बचाव उपकरण के उपयोग से उत्पन्न दुर्यटना की ररपोर्टटग के जलए ककया िाएगा। भूजमगत खदान, बचाव केंर या बचाव कक्ष में ककसी भी बचाव उपकरण के उपयोग से उत्पन्न दुर्यटना की ररपोटय प्रेषक: प्रबंधक/बचाव अधीक्षक* सं. 516] नई कदल्ली, सोमवार, िुलाई 6, 2026/आषाढ 15, 1948

G.S.R. 574(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub-rules (6) and (7) of rule 131 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026, I, Ujjwal Tah, Chief Inspector-cum- Facilitator of Mines, also designated as the Director General of Mines Safety, hereby, specify the format for reporting accidents involving rescue apparatus in mines, rescue stations, or rescue rooms, as follows: Scope: These standards specify the Form for reporting accidents in a below ground mine, rescue station or rescue room arising out of the use of any rescue apparatus, as required under Rule 131(6)&(7) of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026. Applicability: These Forms shall be used for reporting of an accident in a below ground mine, rescue station or rescue room that arises out of the use of any rescue apparatus.
